We are seeking an experienced Residential Audio/Video Lead Technician to oversee the installation and troubleshooting of high-end audio, video, and home automation systems. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead residential AV system installations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Manage projects from start to finish, including scheduling and client communication.
- Configure and program AV and home automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure systems meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in AV system installation, with 2+ years in a lead role.
- Expertise in home audio, video, networking, and automation systems (e.g., Control4, Crestron, Sonos).
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to lead a team and provide client-focused service.
- Relevant certifications (CEDIA, LEED, AVIXA) preferred.
